Answer 1: The mask is designed with four gently weighted pods that contour to your face. This distributed weight helps it rest securely and comfortably in place, even when you shift or sleep on your side, without the need for tight straps that can pinch or pull hair.

Question 2: Can this mask be heated, or is it only for cooling?
Answer 2: This mask is specifically designed to be freezer-friendly for cooling therapy, which provides excellent relief for headaches, puffy eyes, and sinus pain. However, it is not suitable for heating in a microwave or oven, as this could damage the materials.

Question 3: What materials is the mask made of, and how should I clean it?
